Key Job Responsibilities
Role Summary
Chubb Edwards Finance Team is looking for a highly motivated Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis. Reporting to the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis; this role will focus on measuring, improving & maximizing financial results for the Central West region of Chubb Edwards. This is a hands-on operational finance role that will act as a key partner to regional & general management. The Senior Financial Analyst will also assist the CFO and Manager, FP&A in cross-Canada process improvement initiatives.
Key Job Responsibilities
• Compile, analyze & measure actual financial results and financial forecasts
• Measure operational / field productivity
• Develops creative ways to financially measure organization
• Compile additional supplemental reporting data
• Identify areas for operational process improvement utilizing ACE tools
• Handle enquiries from other corporate departments and branches
• Prepare ad hoc reports and other projects as required

Educational /Technical Requirements
• University Degree/College Diploma/CEGEP Certification in Business Administration specialized in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline
• Accounting designation considered an asset (CMA, CGA)
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of previous Financial Planning and Analysis experience

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, self directed multi-tasking environment
• Works well in a cross-functional matrix environment and can obtain buy-in from multiple constituents

• Strong system skills – ability to coalesce information from multiple sources into concise reports
