Reporting to the Service Administration Supervisor and working within a team environment, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Calgary Service Department by scheduling service calls, coordinating the activities of our team of technicians, and for providing an exceptional customer service experience to both internal and external clients. You will make a key contribution to ensuring that our customers’ and technicians’ expectations for service delivery and smooth operations are not only met, but exceeded. This is an exciting and fast-paced role for someone who likes to be in the middle of the action, balance multiple priorities and have a key role in keep our service team operating like a well-oiled machine. 
 
What You'll Do in a Day 
 
  • Support the day-to-day activities of our fast-paced service operations in Calgary
  • Schedule service technicians according to internal and external client needs, ensuring internal operational requirements are met
  • Maintain and track equipment used in the service activities
  • Control service stock levels and co-ordinate branch shipments
  • Book service calls with sites
  • Interact with customers to ensure an exceptional customer service experience throughout the process
  • Optimize scheduling of jobs and resources with short-term and long-term planning
  • Maintain data entry using Scan in the SX Enterprise system with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Other duties as assigned to keep our tight-knit team running smoothly!
 
Qualifications
 
  • Post-secondary education in office administration or equivalent experience in an office environment
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role is required
  • Previous scheduling experience in a technical or operational capacity in a similar service-based industry is a strong asset
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and data entry
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com is an asset
  • Able to adapt to new systems and processes with ease
  • You like to Make Quality Personal with a keen attention to detail, exceptional administrative skills and and a natural ability to keep organized and Work Smart amid diverse activities and priorities

Physical Requirements of the Role
 
Duties are mostly administrative with regular, prolonged periods of sitting with extended periods working with computers and associated viewing of screens. Occasional lifting of packages and equipment under 50 lbs and stair climbing. Choose the Safe Way, Always!
