Project Manager Assistant
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for the project progress on construction and commissioning of LNG (Liquid Natural Gas) fueling stations.
Position Accountabilities:
• Responsible for gathering, compiling, and reporting on project costs, project progress, and related matters
• Assist in preparation, distribution, and management of consultant and contractor contracts, requests for vendor proposals, and other commercial documentation
• Receive, verify, approve, and track bills and other payables directly associated with managing the project
Job Specifications
Minimum Education:
High School Diploma
Minimum Experience:
• 2 – 6 years of office work experience
• Previous experience assisting in project management would be an asset, energy or large industrial projects preferred
Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with MS Project or project management related software would be an asset
• Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize and work independently under minimal supervision
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy
• High adaptability and autonomy
• Ability to work effectively in a deadline-oriented and fast-paced team environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset

Commissioning Technician
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Verify safe installation and health of components, methodically document start-up, and apply initial power to newly installed industrial equipment and more.
Project Control Lead
Reporting to the LNG Manufacturing Director, this successful candidate will be responsible for to setting up systems and processes to track, update, and report on project progress, project budget, costs, change orders and trends.
