We are seeking a flexible, detail-oriented, trusted advisor responsible for guiding customers through software implementation. Successful Software Consultants have a passion for delighting our customers, build strong relationships with internal teams and customers, maintain advanced functional knowledge and product expertise, to deliver projects on-time.
You will be reporting to the Professional Services Manager – AEC and could work remotely in Canada or be based in our Toronto, ON, or Montreal, QC office.
In this role, you will...
• Work on consulting engagements as assigned, focusing on analyzing the customer's business goals, objectives, and needs to achieve the Autodesk Construction Cloud product suite's customer adoption.
• Analyze customer business requirements and objectives and develop a software design to meet customers' business needs.
• Provides consulting and training services related to software applications such as business process review, planning sessions, setup, testing, readiness assessment, data import, custom report needs, and documentation.
• Delivering solutions and value presentations to a mixed audience of technical, management staff, and business users
• Assisting in technical and functional RFI/RFPs and other client requests for written responses
• Handle all escalation of technical issues reported by customers to Sales.
• Organizing and conducting Proof of Concept evaluations and Pilot projects
• In the future when safe, travelling within North America.
About you...
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent work experience.
• The ability to quickly develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of software products and remain an expert on current product knowledge both from an internal and a user perspective.
• Willingness and ability to master training and presentation skills.
• Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills. Listens effectively, communicates information accurately.
• Prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently and develops realistic action plans.
• 2+ years of enterprise software implementation or scoping expertise with a focus on technology consulting, project management, or customer management.
Bonus points
• Bilingual, French and English.
• Subject matter expertise in one or more of the following areas:
• Consulting principles and practices
• Construction project management principles and practices
• Construction estimating, planning, and scheduling
