We are seeking an Account Manager who will be responsible for maintaining and developing sales within an assigned geographic area to meet or exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction through generating sales for SolidWorks.
 
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
 
  • Direct sales to potential customers in an assigned territory.
  • Develop, maintain and grow customer relationships and ensure customers fully understand the benefits of SolidWorks and their products
  • Stimulate, encourage, establish and develop accounts and customer relationships
  • Explain sales offers, services and benefits to prospective and existing customers including handling objections effectively
  • Secure meetings, events and subscription sign-up, and other actions from prospective and existing customers
  • Maintain Company database (CRM/VRC) and lead generation activity records with accuracy
  • Provide territory management data: forecasts, account management documentation, and activity reports to management providing the basis for sales planning.
  • Identify, evaluate and respond to key business issues of the accounts within your territory
 
Qualifications and Skills

  • Well-organized and self-motivated to achieve results
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
  • Able to respond effectively to multiple priorities and execute in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment applications
  • Knowledge of CRM software
  • Knowledge of SolidWorks software would be an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Works well in a team and independantly
  • Bilingual (French/English)
  • Must possess a personal vehicle with a valid driver’s license, and clean driving record

Education/Experience:
 
  • Post-Secondary Education- University/College Diploma
  • Minimum 3 years related sales and software/or industry experience
