- Conduct daily underground geology work including lithological mapping, structural mapping, inspecting stopes, collecting muck samples and chip sampling. Plus drill core logging.
- Geological interpretation and modelling, designing drilling programs, stope reconciliation, data validation.
- Working collaboratively with technical and operational teams to ensure timely and effective ore control activities to meet monthly production and development plans.
- As required, carry out special projects, including but not limited to, geological reviews, preparation of reports.
- Bachelor of Science in Geology
- Registered, or eligible to register, as a GIT or Professional Geoscientist with PGO
- 2+ yrs. experience working in a production underground mining environment
- Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access)
- Experience with 3D modeling software, geological database software, mapping software. Vulcan, Leapfrog, AcQuire, ArcGIS, and Deswik experience would be highly regarded
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to walk significant grades underground and lift 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong communication, computing, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment with engineering and production personnel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, motivated self-starter with high standards expected of themselves and others
- Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced mine production environment.

- Experience working on a World Class, geologically complex Archean Greenstone gold deposit

The Surveyor is accountable for supporting the Williams U/G by planning ahead and providing operations with direction and prints in all active headings.
As a member of the Technical Services and Mineral Resource Management team, the successful candidate will report to the Senior Mine Geologist and work either an 8:6 roster resident in town, or a 14:14 roster with camp accommodation and meals provided in a camp type environment.
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and they will be responsible leading the Supply Chain function for the mine site.
The Temporary Journeyman Shift Electrician is accountable to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Electrician is responsible for maintaining all surface and underground electrical systems in accordance to Company Standards, Ontario Hydro standards, Electrical Code, CSA standards and Federal, Provincial, and Company Safety regulations.
The Underground Project Engineer is Responsible for generating all UG projects documentation and coordinating all technical activities on assigned projects and ensure effective communication and coordination between all project participants.
Reporting to the Planning Superintendent, the Mid-Term Planner is responsible for all mid-term mine planning activities.
Reporting to the Core Technician Coordinator, your primary duty will be to provide support in maintaining continuous operation of logging activities.
