Total Equipment Services Inc. (TES Inc.) is currently looking for a reliable, and energetic Warehouse Rep.This full-time position will be part of a team working in a busy warehouse environment. The right candidate will be multitasking in all areas of the warehouse organizing job requirements and receiving goods in a prioritized order.

Job Description

• Work with multiple departments, while reporting to the Manager

• Assist with daily warehouse activities as instructed by the Manager

• Track and provide reports on inventory

• Maintain an organized inventory area

• Load/Unload job materials

• Maintain a clean and organized work space

• Unloading and sorting freight

• Build positive relationships with team (couriers, lead hands and parts sales)

• Adhere to all safety standards

• Pick and issue items for Sales Orders, packageand ship to external customers

• Receiving purchase orders, inspecting items, and storing them in their proper location

• Trouble shoot deviations related to inventory

• Receive supplies and materials, placing stock items in appropriate warehouse locations, yard and/or jobs.

• Package and ship parts and/or material to customers and/or vendors

• Pick and package parts for internal work orders

• Assist in inventory counts

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Organizational and time management skills

• Inventory management experience considered an asset

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Shipping/Receiving/Warehouse experience is essential

• Ability tolift and/or carry up to 50 lbs

• Willingness to work as part of a team

• Attention to process, quality and/or operational standards

• Previous manufacturing/repair facility experience an asset
