As part of Timberland's Product Strategy and Reporting team, this role will provide analytical support to inform the strategic direction across Timberland's product categories which include footwear, apparel and accessories. Focus of the analysis will be on category and line profitability, margin, global sell-in and sell-through, lifecycle management, and seasonal product architecture to drive improved profitability and achieve financial goals for the Timberland brand globally.


Qualifications
 
Education/Experience: 
Years of Related Professional Experience: 5-7+. Bachelor degree with 5-7 years related work experience (manufacturing or consumer goods industry preferred.).
 
Skills: 
• Must possess proven ability to consolidate, analyze, and interpret large data sets, providing concise/high level insights.
• Must be driven and highly motivated with a strong attention to accuracy and detail.
• Must be able to multitask in a deadline situation.
• Must have the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Must have strong Analytical/Problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to multitask in a deadline situation.
• Must have strong written and oral communication skills (in English)
• Strong computer skills (Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint), Cognos 
preferred.

Key Responsibilities
1. Consolidate and publish monthly KPI dashboard and perform analytics on data.
2. Review and report product complexity metrics monthly/seasonally. 
3. Review and analyze gross margin reports at key seasonal milestones to facilitate conversations with product teams.
4. Provide other routine and ad hoc analysis including but not limited to product lifecycle management, seasonal investments, sell-in vs sell-through for all product categories.
5. Support manager with special projects as required.
