Qualifications
 
Education/Experience: 
Years of Related Professional Experience: 1-3. Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited college or university 1-3 years of related business experience.
 
Skills: 
• Strong Analytical skills
• Strong computer skills (Advanced Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, Powerpoint)
• Experience in HFM (Hyperion), Cognos and SAP preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Individual must be a highly motivated financial professional with strong problem-solving and relationship management skills, and the ability to multitask in a deadline drive environment

Key Responsibilities
1. Support the Tree and PRO wholesale business by developing and generating Customer P&Ls, Channel P&Ls and Gender P&Ls.
2. Assist in the preparation of monthly operating expense & overhead forecasts, supporting the finance team and cost center managers in managing and reporting on SG&A spending against plan, prior forecast and prior year.
3. Assist in the preparation of yearly operating expense & overhead budgets, supporting the finance team and cost center managers in prioritizing key investments by cost center, and reporting on variances vs prior year.
4. Assist in loading cost centers forecasts and budgets in SAP to be used for monthly variance analysis.
5. Support the Finance department with ad-hoc analysis & special projects as necessary.
6. Assist with the tracking, analysis and budgeting/forecasting of capital expenditures.
