- Administration of purchase and sales contracts, including documentary monitoring of the contract from beginning to end, and coordination of contract changes and corrections.
- Sales order entry and order changes.
- Truck and rail car scheduling including warehouse transfer planning and shipment scheduling.
- Weekly and monthly reporting of shipment status, customer issues, metal production guidance, smelter inventories and sales realizations.
- Purchase and sales pricing/hedge processing and reporting.
- Verification of all documents in compliance with Glencore’s internal guidelines.
- Close interaction with worldwide offices for guidance on Chartering, Insurance, Finance, Legal and Compliance.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Languages: English (required), French (definite asset), Chinese or Spanish (nice to have).
- Experience working on SAP is a definite asset.
