Warehouse Operator – Night Shift

Night Shift (10pm – 6:30am)
 
Location: Toronto, ON
 
Responsibilities:
• Perform manual warehouse duties as assigned or directed
• Load and unload company trucks, common carriers and customer vehicles using forklift and other required equipment
• Ship and receive products according to company’s procedures and requirements
• Place materials or waste into appropriate containers
• Receive, unload materials and complete inspections and paperwork associated with receiving and storing
• Prepare for shipment and load materials destined a variety of locations
• Cleans and maintains warehouse and equipment
• Perform all other duties as required
• Comply with all company policies, rules and guidelines

Qualifications:
• 2-4 years’ warehouse experience (preferably in a chemical warehouse)
• Ability to operate a forklift according to company procedures is an asset
• Ability to use and maintain respiratory protection equipment is an asset
• Ability to learn proper methods for handling hazardous materials and wastes, with training
 
Education/Training:
• Completion of a high-school diploma
• Ability to learn proper methods for handling hazardous materials and wastes, with training

Physical Demands/Environmental Conditions:
The physical ability to lift and carry at least 80 lb. net bags for short distances regularly

Inventory Coordinator

Monitors and updates inventory records including: records changes in inventory (purchases, sales), reviews invoices and inventory reports, monitors and records stock transfers, and produces inventory reports as required
