KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
• Sell a diversified line of products by accepting incoming phone calls and conducting over-the-counter sales
• Process customer orders on computer system
• Provide pricing and inventory information to customers
• Communicate with other branch staff to resolve customer issues; follow-up with customers in a timely manner
• Maintain a well-rounded knowledge of products sold
• Perform branch support duties as required

 
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
 
• Knowledge of industrial and/or safety products developed through formal education or prior work experience
• Proven customer service, communication skills and pleasant telephone manner
• Ability to work in a computerized environment
• Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively in a team setting
• Proven skills in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks within a fast-paced environment

PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS
 
• Vendre une gamme de produits diversifiés en recevant des appels téléphoniques et/ou en offrant un service au comptoir des ventes
• Enregistrer les commandes des clients sur le système informatique
• Fournir aux clients de l’information sur nos prix et notre inventaire
• Communiquer avec le personnel de d’autres succursales pour résoudre les problèmes des clients; offrir un suivi en temps opportun
• Maintenir une bonne connaissance des produits vendus
• Accomplir les tâches nécessaires au soutien à la succursale

 
EXPÉRIENCE ET COMPÉTENCES REQUISES
 
• Connaissance diversifiée des produits industriels et/ou de santé-sécurité acquise en éducation ou en expérience de travail antérieur
• Habiletés prouvées au service à la clientèle, en communication et attitude agréable au téléphone
• Capacités au travail dans un environnement automatisé
• Travail de capacités démontré comparativement dans un arrangement d’équipe
• Une bonne gestion du temps et excellent sens des priorités
• Bilinguisme (français et anglais) à l'oral et à l'écrit obligatoire
