The Accounting Clerk is a member of the Aquatech team that will oversee the finances, payment and payroll of the accounting department.

 
Job Responsibilities
 
• Responsible for full cycle accounting which includes accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP) and
payroll;
• File paid invoices;
• Receives invoices and matches them with purchase orders/work orders and other verification processes to ready the bills for payment;
• Prepare daily bank deposits;
• Prepare cheques for signing;
• Process payroll and expense reports;
• Other office administrative and reception duties as required


Qualifications and Required Experience
 
• Post Secondary degree in Accounting or related experience
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, high attention to detail
• Detail oriented, self –starter,able to handle conflicting priorities
• Must be able to work well under pressure, with the ability to work within stringent timelines
• Proven ability to work independentlyand as part of a team
• Strong computer skills
