Account Manager Inside Outside
- Visit current and prospective customers for 2 ½ days each week to expand business within a safety and industrial account base in order to meet targeted sales budgets
- Promote products and services to customers through making professional account presentations
- Manage territory and customer records
- Produce weekly call reports
- Build and maintain strong customer relations by providing an excellent level of customer service
- Communicate regularly with branch staff in order to resolve customer issues
- Maintain a high level of relevant product knowledge
- Work for 2 ½ days each week as an Inside Sales and Service Representative
- Provide service to the customers in the sales territory and all other branch customers
- Diversified knowledge of products developed through relevant post secondary education and/or a minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in a industrial/safety business
- Previous customer service/inside sales experience is required (previous outside sales experience is desired)
- Ability to work independently and manage time and territory effectively
- Superiorinterpersonal and customer service skills to effectively build relationships and continually strive for improved customer service
- Basic computer literacy
- Knowledge of the selling process
- Demonstrated team player attitude
