TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT AND SPECIALTY WORK

HEAVY MANUFACTURING

PHYSICAL PLANT AND EQUIPMENT

• 45,000 square feet of manufacturing floor space.

• 7 Overhead Crane Aisles 3 of 71/2 ton, 1 of 20 ton.

• 18 Power Sources.

• 400 Ton Pacific Brake Press (1/2″ on 12ft).

• Complete Manifold Gas Supply System.

• 3 Portable Line Bore Units (capable of build up and material removal).

• 14 completely tooled welding field trucks ,all units have 400 amp welding machines installed, on board air supply and hydraulic hoists.

• 1-28 foot flat deck support truck with tilt & load capabilities (40,000# cap)

• Variety of fork lifts, loaders, zoom booms, scissor lifts and telehandlers.

• 1 100 Ton IRON WORKER

• Initial pinch rolls (1″ on 10ft cap).

• 6x6x1/2″ leg out rolling and 6″SCH 40 pipe rolling capabilities.

MACHINE SHOP

• 1 Lathe 18” Swing, 6 foot bed

• 1 Lathe 22” Swing, 8 foot bed

• 1 ELLIOT Drill press 3” hole capacity

• Milling Machine capabilities.

STEEL PLATE AND CASTINGS

• Heat Treated Abrasion Plate (cut to size or by sheet).

• Cut to size parts offering. Customer only pays for plate used with no inventory management concerns or costs.

• Manganese Castings.

• Master distributor of white iron products from Canadian Wear Technologies.

• Full inventory of Chromium Carbide in various thicknesses

• All plate and grades are stocked in full sheet sizes 8′x20′ and 8′x24′

• Full Inventory of all grades of plate in M/S 44w/100 400/450/500

ASSEMBLY

• Design/build new buckets to customer specifications

• Fabricate new buckets to OEM Specifications

• Restoration of Old Buckets back to OEM and better specifications.

BUCKET INVENTORY – OVER 120 UNITS IN STOCK

• Atlas Copco, Jarvis Clark, Hitachi, MTI, Cat, Daewoo, JCI.

• As Well as all custom built units by others.

TESTING AND STANDARDS

• The Bucket Shop is CWB approved to CSA Standard W47.1 (Certification of Companies for Fusion Welding of Steel Structures) in Division 2.1 w57.
