Management

Results Department

The Results Department holds some of the most detailed, knowledgeable minds in the industry. Their responsibility is to handle all of your drug and alcohol result questions. It is their job to review test documentation and to report test results accurately and quickly. In addition, they have staff dedicated and trained to deal with positive results. These trained staff members assist the Medical Review Officer with all aspects of the verification process. They are also available to answer any questions you may have regarding positive drug or alcohol results.

 

Customer Service Department

Being leaders in client service excellence is what our Customer Service Department does best. It is their aim to tend to our client needs in a variety of ways. These friendly professionals are here day and evening to answer any question you may have. The department’s prime responsibilities include booking drug and alcohol testing appointments with our national collection sites and taking good care to sign up our newest clients accurately and efficiently. They are here to keep your files up to date by working on additions and deletions to your random pool and fulfilling change of information requests. If your company is undergoing a DOT audit, it is our Customer Service Department who will assist you. The department also handles regulation changes, statistical reporting and blind sample submissions. Our people manage training and correspond frequently with our network of collection sites. Random selections are also performed and managed by this department. Our customer service reps can also assist you in registering with our eManda – on line results program. Every individual making up our Customer Service Department is a knowledgeable, trained professional. They are happy to hear from you anytime regarding any subject or situation. If you’re not sure whom you should be speaking with, they will be glad to put you in direct contact with the person who can help you best.

 

Sales and Marketing

DriverCheck has regional sales representatives working out of our offices in Ayr,Ontario; Montreal, Quebec; Calgary, Alberta; Edmonton, Alberta. Each one of our sales reps is energetic, enthusiastic and possesses clarity. There is genuine belief in the services DriverCheck provides clients; this belief is demonstrated daily through client interactions. Our sales team believes that difference sells and gets attention. Working in partnership with DriverCheck allows the sales team to participate in a leading, unique growing company that is absolutely cutting edge.
