Gardewine Group Inc. Acquires Trans Provincial Freight Carries Limited

Winnipeg, Manitoba – September 30, 2011 – Gardewine Group Inc. is pleased to announce it has acquired Trans Provincial Freight Carriers Limited of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, September 30, 2011. 

 

Established forty years ago, Trans Provincial Freight Carriers Limited is recognized as a leading LTL, full load, flat bed and bulk haulage carrier in Ontario, with terminals located throughout northern Ontario and in Montreal, Quebec. 

 

The addition of Trans Provincial Freight Carriers Limited to Gardewine Group Inc. will further strengthen Gardewine’s network capacity, improve efficiencies throughout its operation, and provide expanded service options for customers, including a direct service between northern Ontario and Montreal.
