JLR Announces New Manager in Ottawa
OTTAWA | J.L. Richards & Associates Limited (JLR) has announced that Lucie Dalrymple, P.Eng., has taken on the role of Manager, Planning & Development in Ottawa.
Lucie has been with JLR since 1992, joining the Civil/Planning Department in Ottawa shortly after graduating from the University of Ottawa. She has 28 years of experience in development and servicing design for large residential and commercial sites. Lucie is celebrated by her colleagues at JLR for her exceptional management skills and active, hands-on involvement in the design and construction of diverse projects.
“My career at JLR has been very fulfilling,” says Ms. Dalrymple about her work at JLR thus far. “Working in close partnership for so many years with our valued clients has been very rewarding. We are proud of our important role in creating new communities with our clients.”
Lucie notes that many members of the JLR team have played a role in her success.
“I would like to acknowledge the impact of Maria Schouten, my predecessor and mentor, on my career, as well as every individual in our current team who make up the well-oiled machine behind our success.”
Ms. Dalrymple also notes that she is thankful to be leading a team that is already exceptional at “communication, teamwork, and providing support to one another, which all of our clients benefit from.”
In this role, Lucie will continue working closely with JLR’s strong team of municipal market leaders in Ottawa. Ryan Matthews, M.Sc., P.Eng., JLR’s Municipal Market Chief, explains that the team looks forward to the experience and leadership Ms. Dalrymple brings to this role.
