New Leadership for SRK China

The Board of SRK Consulting (Asia) Ltd is glad to acknowledge that our Principal Consultant, Mr. Pengfei Xiao has been appointed as the Managing Director of SRK Consulting China Ltd. Pengfei has served SRK for nearly 12 years and has participated in more than 150 projects around the world. Under the new leadership, SRK China will continue to maintain a range of technical services that support primarily exploration, resource estimation, mining studies and independent technical review and/or audit style work. We will also continue to evaluate opportunities to broaden the range of work we do, while focusing on implementing quality assurance and health, safety and environmental procedures, as well as maintaining our business management system in the coming years.

 

In addition, we would like to thank Dr. Yonglian Sun, who after 15 years as Managing Director of SRK China stepped down from this role at the end February of 2020. His achievements include taking on the initial leadership and growth of the SRK China practice as well as guiding the practice through periods of strong growth and two downturns. He steps down from the role to spend more time with his family but remains with SRK in the role of Corporate Consultant.
