Gold Finder Expands Exploration Strategy Across Red Lake and Slate Falls Properties

May 7, 2025

Gold Finder Resources is advancing exploration across multiple overlooked and underexplored gold properties in northwestern Ontario’s prolific gold belts.

"We believe a new bull cycle for precious metals is underway, and Gold Finder is well positioned to benefit from renewed capital flows into the sector—from producers to developers, and explorers," said President Greg Lytle. "We are also pleased to confirm that we've received FINRA approval and are now trading in the United States under the symbol GLDFF."

Current projects include West Madsen, Pipestone Bay, Pakwash North, and McDonough in the Red Lake Mining District, along with Slate Falls in the Patricia Mining District. All properties remain in good standing.

At West Madsen, Gold Finder holds a 100% interest in 5,936 hectares adjoining West Red Lake Gold Mines’ Madsen Mine, which is expected to restart operations soon. Andrea Diakow, P.Geo., former exploration manager at Great Bear, is leading exploration studies and target development.

The 100%-owned Pipestone Bay property hosts the drill-ready 991 Zone, situated within key structures of the Red Lake Greenstone Belt. The property adjoins WRLG’s Rowan project, which contains three past-producing gold mines.

Gold Finder owns 40% of the Pakwash North property (3,105 hectares), partnered with BTU Metals. The project is near Kinross Gold’s Dixie Halo property, where an 8,000-meter drill program is expected to begin shortly. Success at Dixie Halo could enhance the Pakwash North property’s potential.

McDonough, a 100%-owned property spanning 1,054 hectares, borders Evolution Mining’s Slate Bay project. Gold Finder is reviewing 2023 drilling data to refine targets after initial results returned no significant mineralization.

At Slate Falls, Gold Finder’s 5,100-hectare property hosts multiple high-grade gold and silver showings along a 10-kilometre trend. Previous drilling returned up to 78.5 g/t gold and 73.7 g/t silver over 0.24 meters. Fieldwork in 2025 will revisit high-grade targets and explore new zones, including historical showings with reported grab samples up to 149 g/t gold and 169 g/t silver.

The company plans to focus its 2025 field program on mapping, sampling, and refining exploration targets across its portfolio.
