The effectiveness of each training is tested and verified through before-and-after evaluation of participants' skill and knowledge levels. The result is a consistently high level of satisfaction, measured by an independent research company at 8.6 on a scale of 10, compared to an average international score of 7.75. Another measure of training effectiveness is that 95 per cent of participants continue to use their training materials for reference after the training is finished.
