In addition to rough casting, Castech also offers fully or partly machined parts. In fact, Castech has established a strategic alliance with our sister company, Plessitech, that has given them access to modern equipment and tools required for all possible types of machining jobs that can respond to its customers' exacting requirements.

We don't just fix problems. At Castech, we innovate resultoriented solutions that make every product, every part integral to continued product improvement and superior industry standards.

Also, with their complete fabrication and welding shop that meets the norms of the Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) and ASME, we can also offer completely machined and/or assembled parts, either for castings or complementary fabricated and/or machined parts.

With their ISO-9001 certification, Plessitech offers parts where quality and traceability are assured.

Their machine tools can respond to most of our customers' exacting requirements: large capacity planer mills (15 ft x 42 ft), horizontal lathes capable of working parts up to 40 ft in length and vertical lathes capable of machining parts over 17 ft in diameter.

All of our services are maintained and supported by our engineering and technical service team.
