Machines Roger International is a company established in the Val d’Or Abitibi region for more than 25 years. MRI is recognized for its V-30 manufacturing division as well as for the quality of the drilling services available through its contracts division. Machines Roger International’s contracts division offers the mining industry a full range of specialized drilling services.

MRI’s full complement of drilling equipment, which include; a large fleet of ITH (Cubex) drills, a host of V-30 drilling heads, several V-King drill buggy’s and raise bore machines, enables it to meet any drilling requirement. This diversified equipment fleet allows the company to offer a full range of drilling services.

Long Hole Drilling

With a host of MRI designed V-King drill buggies, we can meet all of your small hole requirements (2’’ à 6’’) (50 - 150mm).

ITH Drilling

With a fleet of more than 15 Cubex ITH drills, MRI can meet all of your medium size hole requirements with accuracy and reliability. These include:

• Accurate ITH production drilling 3-1/2’’ to 6-1/2’’ (90 - 165mm)
• Reaming service or drain holes 8’’ to 15’’ (200 - 375mm)
• Long length paste fill holes
• Primary stope opening with 30’’ (762mm) V-30 drilling

Raise Bore Drilling

MRI has two raise boring machines available to meet your medium diameter raise bore needs. MRI can meet your raise boring requirements in diameters ranging from 42'' to 72'' (1.1 - 1.8m).
