1990 Introduction of Reflex Maxibor® (Optical surveying instrument). 
1990 Teeness A/S, Norway, acquires Reflex.
1996 Introduction of Reflex EMS (Electronic Multishot).
1998 Introduction of Reflex EZ-Shot (Electronic Solid-State Single Shot).
2001 Introduction of Reflex EZ-AQ /EMS (Electronic Solid-State Single and Multishot).
2001 Introduction of Reflex EZ-AQ (Electronic Solid-State Single shot).
2001 Introduction of the solid-state Reflex EMS (Electronic Solid-State Multishot).
2001 Småföretagsinvest AB/Aldano becomes a partner.
2002 Introduction of Reflex EZ-Dip (Electronic Solid-State Inclinometer).
2004 The venture capital company Småföretagsinvest AB/Aldano acquires Reflex. Bengt Ljung is appointed President & CEO.
2005 Introduction of Reflex Maxibor® II.
2006 Imdex Limited an Australian, publicly listed, Drilling Products and Services company acquires Reflex.
2006 Reflex introduces the ACT digital core orientation tool which quickly established itself as the leading global core orientation tool.

2007

Reflex introduces the Ez Trac multi shot survey instrument.  This tool has enjoyed the fastest take up rate of any down hole survey instrument in the history of mineral exploration.
2007 Reflex opens a regional service and repair centre in Perth Western Australia.
2008

Reflex opens a regional service and repair centre in Timmins (Ontario), Canada.

2010 Reflex launches it's new operating and post survey processing software - GMIT5.
2010 Introduction of Reflex North Finder APS (Azimuth Pointing System).
