Mr. Farr assumed the position of Vice President of Training and Development Services in September of 2005. Having over thirty-one years experience in professional policing, Dan retired at the rank of Staff Sergeant, and Manager of Policy Planning and Evaluation Bureau.
 
The bulk of Dan’s police career was divided between forensic identification, drug enforcement, police training and audit services for the Chief of Police, but for almost eighteen years focused mainly on the criminal intelligence field, where he was a member of numerous joint task forces including the world renowned, Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit (CFSEU) in the Greater Toronto Area and Golden Horseshoe regions.
 
As an experienced trainer, lecturer and keynote/plenary speaker, Dan has presented to all levels of government in Canada and the law enforcement community internationally. He was seconded to the leadership faculty of the Ontario Police College (August 1993 – August 1995) where he facilitated adult learning to front-line police supervisors and middle managers, and participated as a lecturer on some senior police executive courses. Dan is a certified police auditor and has provided both comprehensive and compliance auditing services for the Halton Regional Police Service, and was a coordinator for the Ontario Police Quality Assurance Group.

Lori Williams took over the reigns at Corporate Inquiry Systems in 2005 after successfully moving through the ranks at the C.I.S. group of companies for almost 10 years. She currently holds the position of Director, Client Services, and has put her unique stamp on Corporate Inquiry Systems, growing the organization to be a reputable and trusted background research company.
 
Certified in the use of the Reid Technique of Interviewing and Interrogation and with extensive experience in training and instruction, Lori is able to use her knowledge of corporate investigations to guide and coach personnel on the finer points of conducting a thorough and in depth background check. Lori has been invited to speak on the topic of pre-employment screening at various seminars throughout Ontario.
 
Lori is currently pursuing her CHRP designation and is a member in good standing of the HRPA. Corporate Inquiry Systems are proud members of the Ontario Long Term Care Association and Woodstock, St Thomas and London Chamber of Commerce.
