At Northern Mat & Bridge (NMB), we remain fully committed to building the highest quality mats in the industry. Our manufacturing facilities are engineered to create a superior product that will withstand the effects of the equipment and users operating on them and stand the test of time in harsh ground conditions. Our facilities are operated by trained professionals fully focused on quality, safety and production. All of our matting products are manufactured using the highest quality material. At NMB, our feature product is our Fir-LITE access mat. This is a three-ply carriage bolted hybrid mat (fir with oak edges), and three-ply carriage bolted 100% oak mat. We also have the capability to design, customize and construct any type of mat that our customers may require.

Red Seal Heavy Equipment Technician (Shop & Field work)
Reporting to the Shop Manager, the Heavy Equipment Technician is responsible for providing the maintenance and services needs of all Northern Mat & Bridge equipment.
Mat Plant Labourer
Reporting to the Plant Manager & Plant Supervisor, the Mat Plant Labourer is responsible for the production in their area of the mat plant facility.
Shuttle Operator – DZ License Required
Reporting to the Field Supervisor, the Shuttle Operator provides support in the field with a shuttle vehicle.
Field Supervisor
Reporting to the General Superintendent, the Field Supervisor leads and provides support in the field to assigned projects.
