Al Gallagher
Partner at EOSI. Al started with the group in 2011 but has over 30 years in the outdoor sports industry. He previously spent 4 years with Yamaha Motor Canada developing their dealer business for G3, Sport Boat, and Skeeter Brands of products. Al worked with Upper Canada Sports (a sporting goods agency) for 18 years and won several representative awards including the acclaimed Zebco Presidents award. Al has a great understanding of the Canadian outdoor market from retailer, distributors, and mass merchants. 
 
Ross Jordan  
Agency Founder and Partner. Ross has over 30 years of experience in the outdoor industry. Ross started out with Ruko of Canada Ltd. and established clientele across Canada. He joined Coast to Coast Sports marketing in 1996 to represent a number of well-established sporting goods lines. In 2003, Ross assumed the lines previously represented by Coast to Coast and started EOSI. Ross is well respected in the industry and has extensive experience at the retail, management, and wholesale levels. Ross has won several acclaimed awards including several prestigious Rep of the Year awards from Leatherman Tool Group, Traditions Firearms, Federal Cartridge Company, and Stack-On Safes.
 
Lee Collins  
National Sales Manager. Lee has been in the sporting goods business for over 20 years. Much of Lee’s experience is in the camping and outdoor industries where he has worked as Product and Sales & Marketing Manager. Lee joined EOSI in August 2004 and has an excellent rapport with major retailers and mass merchants across Canada. Lee has recently taken on the role of National Sales Manager for EOSI while still maintaining a solid portfolio of accounts. 
 
Chris Weidenfelder  
Sales Representative. Chris has been active in various disciplines of the recreational shooting sports and hunting field for over 18 years. Chris combines his passion for outdoor sports and his broad sales experience from working in the Canadian toy industry to serve our customer base in Ontario. Chris comes to us from a respected retail chain where he gained valuable insight into the retail market. 
 
Jack Keeley  
Sales Representative. Jack has over 30 years sales and management experience in the sporting goods, hunting, fishing, and camping industries. He currently represents Browning Canada, and as of 2005, all lines carried by EOSI. During his career, Jack has organized several trade shows for the Atlantic Provinces. He also provides service in both official languages, English, and French. 
 
Stéphane Pépin  
Sales Representative. Stéphane joined the EOSI team in March, 2012. He came to us from a major distributor in the sporting goods business where he won many awards and accolades. Stéphane also had an extensive sales career in the insurance world where he successfully managed many accounts and territories. Stéphane is also fluent in both English and French. 
 
Jason Zulyniak  
Sales Representative. Jason joined EOSI in April, 2013. Jason represents EOSI in Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Northwest Ontario. Jason has held previous account management roles in the food, technology and pharmaceutical industries. Jason’s well rounded sales and account management experience, combined with his genuine passion for the outdoors, makes him an ideal fit with EOSI. 
 
Michael Amaron  
Sales Representative. Michael joined the EOSI team in August 2013. Michael comes from a digital and direct marketing background. His years of experience in the B2B and B2B2C markets, as well as his passion for the outdoors, will help our business further grow and continue to thrive. Michael is fluent in both English and French.
 
Randal Pappas  
Sales Representative. Randal joined EOSI in November 2013 and represents British Columbia and Alberta. Randal has extensive Sales & Marketing experience in all channels of the Consumer Packaged Goods industry, both at retail and head office level. Randal has a love for the outdoors and has been hunting and fishing for many years. Randal’s solid business experience and acumen, along with his passion for the outdoors, makes him a great addition to our team in Western Canada.
 
Denis Yanick  
Sales Representative. Denis joined EOSI in February 2014. Denis comes to us with over 30 years of experience in the IT industry, most of his last 18 years working with distribution, resellers, and dealers.  His passion for the outdoors coupled to his experience in sales, marketing, and account management will assure EOSI meets the ever growing market demand.
 
Diana Dwyer  
Office Administrator. Diana has managed EOSI’s daily internal business activity since 2003. Along with maintaining account payables and receivables, she provides customer, warranty, and sales support. Diana’s dependability has contributed to EOSI’s continued reputation for customer service. 
 
Frank Gaggi  
Inside Sales and Warranty Technician. Frank has over 25 years' worth of experience in the sporting goods industry. Managing his own business for over 20 years, Frank has extensive knowledge of rifles, handguns, shotguns, scopes, ammunition, and accessories. He joined EOSI in 2004 and was factory trained by the Leatherman Tool Group to repair their products under warranty. In addition, Frank handles warranty for Weaver optics. His vast knowledge is an asset at various trade shows and events where EOSI participates.
 
Michelle Dinan  
Inside Sales Coordinator. Michelle joined EOSI in November, 2012 as our Inside Sales Coordinator out of our Oakville office.  Michelle brings a wealth of experience in marketing and advertising.  Michelle will be assisting all of us with regards to shows, promotions, mass merchant due diligence, and set-ups.
