SICK offers a wide range of services and support for its products. We have a knowledgeable technical staff available to assist you as well as a host of other services, support and assessment programs for customers who require a higher level of assistance.

 
General Technical Support
 
Phone-in Technical Support and Customer Care:
8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Eastern Time, call 1-905-771-1444  and follow the prompts.
 
24/7 Technical Support (Subscription Service)
For emergency calls outside of normal business hours (5 p.m. – 8 a.m. Eastern Time), call 1-800-267-2656. You will be connected to a call center where your information will be forwarded to the appropriate technician who will respond accordingly.
