Shattercone is 100% Canadian owned and has no affiliation with any primary mining/smelting company or metal refining company. We act independently in the best interests of our clients.
We are located in north-central Ontario, in the east end of the City of Greater Sudbury, approximately 400 Km (250 miles) north of Toronto. The location provides easy access to major highways and rail, and close proximity to major smelters in the region.
Mission
Shattercone Metallurgical Inc. procures, samples and process automobile catalyst, as well as to provide metallurgical services to third parties on a fee-for-services basis.Our objective is to work in collaboration with third parties to identify opportunities where costs savings can be made, and to share those savings in an equitable manner.
Environmental and Regulatory
Shattercone Metallurgical's processes do not yield any waste streams. Co-products are recycled by third parties for residual metal recovery.
Our facility and processes are fully compliant with all applicable municipal, provincial and federal regulations. We are strongly committed to compliance with our site specific approvals and relevant regulatory requirements. Shattercone strives to act in an environmentally responsible manner at all times.
