Training

Phoenix is committed to ensuring that our employees are able to work safely in any environment that they may face.  To meet our requirements and those of our customers, Phoenix provides ongoing training to its workforce. In recent years we have provided training for High Angle Rescue, Suspended Scaffolding, Fork Lift Training, and Elevated Work Platforms.  This training is in addition to more typical training that is commonly required for our services such as Confined Space and Fall Protection.

 

SIAC and SAIA Training

 

Phoenix is an active member of several industry specific organizations including the SIAC (Scaffold Industry Association of Canada), and the SAIA (Scaffold and Access Industry Association).  Phoenix is an Accredited Training Institute with the SAIA and is the first company in Northern Ontario to deliver the SAIA Training Program to users and scaffold erectors.

 

We believe that this investment in training will benefit our customers and our employees as we deliver courses that go beyond the current Scaffold Course offered.  The employee training that we will offer in early 2014 will complement the current apprenticeship program and provide the best trained Scaffold Professionals in Ontario.

 

Phoenix offers its customers access to these training programs, to ensure that workers remain compliant with all current and future scaffold related training requirements; ensuring that your workers remain safe when using temporary access scaffolds.
