In 1966, the very first glass-fused-to-steel structure was erected in Ontario and was used for feed storage. Later that year, the parent company, Ontario Harvestore was formed to design, sell and erect Harvestore structures. Forty-six years later, Ontario Harvestore has built approximately 6,000 farm silos across eastern Canada.
Twenty years after the first agricultural silo was erected, Ontario Harvetore sold its first water storage tank to the town of Midhurst, Ontario. This was the first Aquastore glass-fused-to-steel tank to be used for water and wastewater in Ontario. Recognizing the need for efficient and safe water storage, Greatario Engineered Storage Systems was established.
Since its inception, Greatario’s Aquastore storage tanks have become the industry standard within the water and wastewater marketplace. Construction Tech/Laborer
- On-site participation in the construction of either Municipal storage systems, Industrial storage systems or Agricultural storage systems
- Operate power tools and equipment to assembly the tanks e.g. impact tools, torque wrenches, and caulking guns
