DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
 
Reporting directly to Field Operations Manager and collaborating daily with the Delivery/Service Coordinator, the Crane Operator is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of equipment to our customers. This includes, but is not limited to setting, installation and removal of tanks, tank evacuations and moving of heavy equipment throughout the market area.
 
The Crane Operator will be accountable for upholding the highest standards of safety in the delivery, handling and securement of propane tanks and equipment along with the necessary documentation.
 
Key Objectives:
 
  • Determine load weights and check against lifting capacity to prevent overload.
  • Ensure proper placement and leveling of tank, ensuring code requirements are met.
  • Safely and effectively perform tank evacuations, including hooking hoses to and from stationary tanks to the bulk truck for propane transfer, lifting and securing tanks and properly using compressor/pumps.
  • Transfer, collect, load and deliver propane product to and from containers (bulk truck, tanks and/or cylinders) for customers. Initiate and conduct the asset verification process.
  • Leverage technology by utilizing the On Board Truck Computers (OBTC)
  • Notify the Delivery/Service Coordinator of route, customer or call frequency changes and adjustments.
  • Conduct and maintain the highest standard of safety in all activities and operations ensuring compliance with the regulatory bodies and relevant regulations. This includes conducting and, if applicable documenting, pre and post vehicle and crane inspections, customer site inspections, facility inspections, visual tank inspections and yard maintenance
 
Specific Skills:
 
•             High School education.
•             Minimum of one (1) of year experience.
•             Valid Class 3 driver’s license with an air brake ticket and a clean driver abstract.
•             Thorough knowledge of crane trucks, including lifting capabilities, weight restrictions, etc.
•             Ability to use hand and arm signals for installing, handling, positioning and other requirements to operate cranes.
•             Trained in use of compressors/pumps to perform tank evacuations.
•             Good communication skills and customer service skills

Contact Centre Support Engineer

Reporting to the Director of Customer Experience, the Contact Centre Support Engineer is responsible for managing the business platforms specific to the contact centre including but not limited to the telecommunication systems, IVRs, and other contact centre applications.

Accounts Receivable Analyst

Reporting directly to the Supervisor Credit and Collections, the Accounts Receivable Analyst will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring they remain within established credit limits and provide payment on a regular and timely basis.
