Job Details
• Supervise and assist the team of core geological technicians.
• Make sure the team works and meets health and safety standards.
• Complete work cards, timesheets, daily reports and team schedules.
• Train new employees and ensure that all employees have a good knowledge of the following tasks:
• Open, classify, move and store boxes of drill cores.
• Acquire core data (measurement, RQD, alignment of drill core, photo).
• Enter the data to the computer.
• Supervise the core sawing screws.
• Prepare and send samples to the laboratory.
• Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of core saws.
• Work in the field (drilling, inspection of drills and drilling sites).
• Take care of the maintenance of the workspace.
• Work according to the company’s health and safety policies.
Qualifications
• Geology technician or equivalent experience.
• Experienced supervisor with minimum of 3 years of experience
• Work experience in mining exploration of 5+ years.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license.
• Physically fit and able to lift 35 pounds.
• Basic understanding in Excel, Word and Access.
• FMTM, an asset
• The ability to operate different mechanical equipment (loader, lift) an asset.
• Meticulous, proactive, self-reliant and a good team spirit
• Bilingualism an asset (must have a base in both English and French)

Project Coordinator, Fenelon Project
The Project Coordinator will report directly to the project manager, he/she will be accountable for contractor coordination/supervision on surface and underground along with safe efficient coordination of activities to support the execution of the Fenelon Project requirements.
Mining Technician , Fénélon Project
• Perform surface and subsurface surveys.
• Draw produce and update development plans.
• Perform underground ventilation surveys.
IT Technician (Support IT), Fénélon Project
The technician IT will report to the Project Manager, the schedule is 4/3.
