- Verifying Rental invoice batch thru Sirius
- Coordinating leasing with sales dept and finance company
- Invoicing and collecting of large dollar invoice/ N10
- Accounts Receivable – assist with statements and invoicing
- Accounts Payable – freight invoicing – coding and data entry
- Accounts Payable - invoice processing
- Un-invoiced receipts and credit verification
- Assist with inventory control item adds, cycle counts etc.
- Code employee expenses and reconcile visa and fuel statements
- Assist with creating and processing purchase orders
- Act as liaison for Roland St location paperwork (including purchase orders)
- Code and enter internal work orders into SAGE (includes tracking on spreadsheet)
- Assist with Corporate Administration as required
- Prepare various accounting related reports as needed
- Perform related clerical duties, such as word processing, maintaining filing and record systems, faxing and photocopying
- Perform reception duties as required, answer and transfer incoming calls, assist walk-in customers
- Act as vacation coverage when needed
- Experience using Accounting Software such as SAGE 50 or SAGE 300 is preferred.
