CUSTOM FORMING & BRAKE PRESS SERVICES
 
Included in TS Industrial's steel fabrication services is a 360 ton, 8 axis, state of the art, hydraulically operated Brake Press. A brake press bends sheet metal to extremely accurate angles utilizing punches and dies.
 
Our Brake's forming capabilities are:
 
• bends anything from gauge thicknesses to 1/2" plate (or more)
• bends lengths up to 15'
• segmentable top and bottom tooling
• laser assisted CNC programming guarantees results within 0.1 degrees
 
TS Industrial can reproduce a sheet metal bend as often as required, maintaining accuracy with every bend. The last item of your order will be as accurate as the first, resulting in reduced waste and more cost effective fabrication.

CNC Machinist / Programmer

Working in a fast paced environment you will be responsible for programming, set up and operation of our state of the art, multi-axis (four) CNC Vertical Mills and Lathes with Live Tooling, to create custom parts for our specialized equipment. 

Electrical System Designer / PLC Programmer

The successful candidate will possess strong electrical design skills, coupled with good mechanical understanding, to work in our engineering design office in Lindsay, Ontario.

Mechanical Designer

The successful candidate will possess strong general mechanical skills to work in our design office in Lindsay, Ontario.

Software Developer

This person will work alongside Senior Programmers to maintain and modify custom enterprise applications, with the possibility of developing new software solutions.

Accounting Clerk

Working in a manufacturing environment the accounting clerk will primarily perform Accounts Receivable functions, however, will be required to assist with Accounts Payable and Payroll as needed.

Welder / Fitter
The successful candidate will have:
 
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in Metal Fabrication
  • The ability to read and properly interpret mechanical drawings
