All items are digitally photographed for the inventory and for display on PLCCenter.co.uk. |
Items are then barcoded for inventory management. |

All barcoded items are placed into a barcoded bin which is placed onto a barcoded shelf. |
Purchased items are removed from their bin locations and scanned to withdraw them from inventory. |
Your items are placed on a motorized conveyor to transport them to the QC Department. |

PLCCenter Processing then checks all documents and compares them with your order before allowing the items to continue to the QC department. |
Your items are assigned to a qualified technician. The technician uses some of the 1,200+ automated test fixtures in final testing and inspection. |
Example: servo drives, servo motors, OIT/MMI, PLCs, controls and boards are all fully tested using automated test systems. |

Your items are scanned and checked once more for excellence by the QC Department and are then transferred to Shipping via a motorized conveyor. |

Outside Sales Support
Primary duties will include but are not limited to picking up and delivering products and services, responding to requests, inquiries and complaints, and handling customer service and sales activities.
Repair Technician
Primary duties will include but not limited to repair and / or calibration of Industrial Controls, (i.e. industrial grade PCBs, timers, counters, PLCs, drives, monitors and temperature & process controls.)
Sales Support
Expedite all open orders both reactively from customer inquiries and proactively through backorder reports; contacting vendors and customers; notifying customers and updating Dynamics as necessary.
