Lupaka Gold is a Peru-focused gold explorer with geographic diversification and balance through its interest in asset-based resource projects spread across three regions of Peru. The Crucero Gold Project is the Company's 100% owned flagship property located on 5,500 hectares of mineral concessions in southern Peru. The Company discovered the existing gold resource at Crucero in 2010 and has been successful in expanding resources through exploration. The Invicta Gold Project was acquired in a corporate transaction in October 2012. Invicta is a high grade, underground, polymetallic (gold copper) resource located in west-central Peru, with over 1,200 meters of primary development in place accessing the mineralized vein.
