MINExpo INTERNATIONAL® 2020 is Postponed Until Sept. 2021.
The National Mining Association (NMA), the MINExpo INTERNATIONAL® 2020 (Show) sponsor, has made its highest priority the health, well-being and safety of exhibitors, attendees, stakeholders and their respective families and colleagues, as well as our event partners in Las Vegas. The advance of COVID-19 around the world has made holding the Show in September 2020 impracticable under the circumstances.
Therefore, in the best interests of all concerned MINExpo INTERNATIONAL 2020, will not be held September 28-30, 2020 in Las Vegas due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The Show, which is typically held every four years, will be postponed until September 2021. Our current plan is to hold MINExpo INTERNATIONAL® 2021 in Las Vegas. We are working with our event partners to identify and secure the necessary exhibition facilities and hotel accommodations in Las Vegas for a successful MINExpo INTERNATIONAL 2021. Once the logistical arrangements have been confirmed the new dates will be announced. We hope to have this information to you in the near future.
We know MINExpo exhibitors and attendees have many questions concerning the postponement, and we will continue to update the website as additional information becomes available.

Attendees
For attendees, CompuSystems, the official registration company, will refund your registration and Award Luncheon tickets to MINExpo INTERNATIONAL 2020. When the new date is announced for 2021, we will contact you to register. We look forward to seeing you at MINExpo INTERNATIONAL 2021. If you do not receive a refund , please contact CompuSystems MINExpo@csreg.zohodesk.com or call 224-563-3157 from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. CDT.
If you reserved a hotel room via onPeak, MINExpo’s official housing company, you will receive an email confirming your reservation(s) has been cancelled. You do not need to take further action. Once the hotel program for 2021 is confirmed, onPeak will contact you to re-book your hotel reservation(s). If you have further questions, please contact onPeak representatives at minexpointernational@onpeak.com.
Exhibitors
The MINExpo 2020 floorplan, as it is currently laid out, will be transferred to the new dates in 2021. If you have contracted space for the 2020 show, your space will remain the same for 2021.
We know you have questions about services you may have ordered, sponsorships, meeting rooms, and more. We are working with our vendors to make the transition to 2021 as easy as possible. To provide accurate answers to your questions, we ask that you give us time to work with our vendors to ensure you have complete information.
For exhibitors who registered for MINExpo INTERNATIONAL 2020, CompuSystems, the official registration company, will move your registration to the Sept. 2021 show. When the new date is announced, you will be able to make the changes needed for the 2021 show.
