After much consideration, AREMA will be holding our Annual Conference virtually September 13-17 this year to protect the health and safety of our community. This was not an easy decision, but with the consultation of Leadership, the health and welfare of those in attendance is of the utmost importance, making this the right choice for AREMA.

While the Virtual Expo is open 24/7 we are advertising the below times as Exhibit Hours. During these times exhibitors can anticipate the most virtual visitors and inquiries to their booths. Each day we offer Expo Power Hours to encourage exhibitors to host special content and events in your booth.
Presenter Information
After careful consideration and for the safety of all involved, AREMA will be pivoting the AREMA 2020 Annual Conference & Expo to a VIRTUAL CONFERENCE. This will be a great opportunity for you to present using a pre-recorded virtual format. Your recorded presentation will allow you to be fully engaged with attendees by providing a chance for them to participate in a Q&A discussion during your presentation. Please see the Technical Sessions schedule for your presentation date and time slot. Detailed information with guidance/instructions for recording your presentation has been emailed to all Presenters and included webinar tutorials (also posted below). Please record and save your presentation and you will be asked to upload it at a later date. Reminder that recorded presentations are allotted 30 minutes, including Q&A.
