The current adoption rateis expected to grow dramatically, as ADAS proliferation continues and new technologies deliver greater levels of safety behind the wheel. Key to enabling ADAS functionalities is the cooperation of cameras, radars and LiDARs, as well as multiple ultrasonic sensor systems and ADAS data modules, all of which work in concert to identify objects, and potential hazards for the driver and support a safer and more comfortable driving experience.
With components design becoming more complex and constant need for improvement in assembly processes, ease of handling and throughput times, engineers are constantly seeking new, more robust and reliable material solutions for the next-generation of ADAS systems. Smaller components and higher computing power release larger amounts of heat while less surface area is available to act as a heat sink.

About the speakers:
Dr. Adam Hilton, EMIEA Business Development Manager - ADAS, has more than 15 years of experience in automotive industry. He joined Henkel in 2008 following the acquisition of National Starch
Holger Schuh, Global Technology Lead Thermal at Henkel, has more than 25 years of experience in the area of thermal management. He joined Henkel 10 years ago following the acquisition of Bergquist.
The session will be moderated by Soo-Hyeon Maria Shin, Global Market Strategy Head for Automotive Electronics at Henkel. She has 10 years industry experience in material solutions and chemicals, and joined Henkel in 2015.
