Outotec® Tankhouse Information Management System is a new and modern data collection, reporting and management system to integrate Outotec® Material Handling System, Outotec CellSense™ monitoring and process control. Significant benefits are gained in increasing the energy efficiency, product quality and tracing, as well as improving maintenance and safety.

Process control

Outotec PROSCON® Hydro is a process control package for transferring our knowledge and experiences to our customers. The application includes a modern process control system, based on world-class automation systems and components, process instrumentation and process electrification with all of the required services.

 

The Wireless Outotec CellSense™, which is an electrolytic cell performance monitoring system, enables on-line and fast discovery of deviations in voltage levels or temperatures due to short-circuiting, flow blockages, busbar washing or other process or safety-related issues. Early and focused reactions to deviations identified on-line bring several significant advances and benefits for tankhouse operations.
