Responsible for the education of the students in his/her charge and for working with students, parents, other teachers and school staff towards achieving the goals set forth in BIIDAABAN KINOOMAAGEGAMIK School’s Mission Statement.
The Educational Assistant shall assist the assigned classroom teacher in providing instruction to the class and will assist in the implementation of individual student education plans (IEP’s).
The Family Support Worker will work collaboratively to provide support and advocacy for families during and following child welfare investigations.
Contribute to the development of secondary and tertiary prevention and case management policies and procedures in collaboration with Child and Family Unit Team and other relevant partners.
