Linerwear

Linerwear is a fully interactive management tool used to monitor wear parts performance in mining operations. All wear parts, in either stationary or mobile equipment, can be recorded and respective performance measured with the use of this software.

This program monitors the wear life of components as a function of production levels and calculates individual wear part cost per ton. It also generated timely cost, inventory and predictive maintenance reports. As a part approaches its estimated wear life, the system automatically identifies the liner and generates a replacement order. This feature eliminates unscheduled downtime or expensive back-up inventory.
