Customer was spending 6 down days changing the lining in the throat of a bin.

Carriere Industrial Supply designed a custom mechanical top hat assembly to not only decrease the installation time, but also drastically reduce the fumes caused in a confined space from the amount of welding required in the traditional design of the throat lining.
Results
• Change out of the lining system from 6 days down to 2 days
• Saving of 384 man hours for project
• Drastically reduce welding time required from 120 hours down to 4 hours
