Travelling Aggregate Stacker - City of Vancouver

Project Description

The City of Vancouver handles 10 different aggregate type products at the site, each of which is assigned a specific storage area. The storage areas are arranged in an oblong pattern, with the stacker travelling along the long axis. The site is arranged to expand the storage area along this axis. Each material has a unique stacking requirement made up of a number of operating sequences and unique location requirements all of which are configured in a PLC.
