In 1996, Lassing Dibben acquired the engineering arm of J.H.A. Lassing Associates Ltd.

J.H.A. Lassing Associates Ltd. had provided architectural and engineering services to local industries, builders, developers and contractors. Through this strategic move, Lassing Dibben has been able to expand its ability to provide engineering services to local clients.

Lassing Dibben provided the structural and electrical engineering in the design of a 2 storey, wood frame construction, condominium complex with 1 and 2 bedroom units and underground parking facilities.

30 Unit Apartment Building - Trenton, Ontario

Lassing Dibben provided civil and structural engineering service in the contruction of this 2 1/2 storey, walk up, wood frame constuction apartment building. The building featured 1 and 2 bedroom units.

40 Unit Apartment Building - Belleville, Ontario

Lassing Dibben supplied the structural engineering services for the design of this project constructed for Ontario Housing Corporation. The design featured non-combustible construction and was comprised of 1 and 2 bedroom units.
