This rigerous process includes: a set of procedures that cover all key processes in the business; monitoring processes to ensure they are effective; keeping adequate records; checking output for defects, with appropriate and corrective action where necessary; regularly reviewing individual processes and the quality system itself for effectiveness; and facilitating continual improvement.

APEO
 

Any act of designing, composing, evaluating, advising, reporting, directing or supervising; wherein the safeguarding of life, health, property or the public welfare; that requires the application of engineering principles, but does not include practicing as a natural scientist. If what you do meets all three tests, you are practicing professional engineering and must be licensed by the association.

CWB
 

The Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB), a Division of the CWB Group, is accredited by the Standards Council of Canada (SCC) as a Certification Body. The CWB accreditation covers the welding certification programs including fusion welding, welding consumables and welding inspection. Wabi works with the CWB to meet the requirements of the standards and to organize our welding operations, document our welding procedures, verify and improve the skills of our welding personnel, improve quality and productivity, effectively helping to meet and exceed our customer's and our own expectations.
