The National Standard of Canada Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace  was introduced in Jan 2013.  It is a voluntary standard but highly recommends practices which prevent harm to worker psychological health.
 
In so doing, workplaces have improved employee engagement, enhanced productivity and higher profit levels.
