Our Canadian-made Quickmill 3-axis machining centre can mill and machine finish precision parts up to 600 BHN on a 75 horsepower, direct drive BT50 spindle with 4000 RPM and high pressure coolant on a 96” x 104” bed, with custom fixturing and an optional magnetic chuck. Contour milling, circular interpolating, drilling, boring, tapping, facemilling and bevelling in high hardness steel are just some of the many capabilities of this heavy duty machine.
