Crystal Group's Business Development Team is focused on more just sales. As proud military veterans, families and supporters, we have a personal and professional pride in send only the most rugged, most reliable products to troops on the front lines.
 
With more than 80 years of combined experience, our sales team provides three key roles:
• Business Development Managers are in charge of finding new business for Crystal Group.
• Program Managers work with current customers to increase visibility and support of Crystal Group's products and services. Whether a new or existing customer, the Program Manager works with the customer from the quoting process all of the way through to after their products are shipped out.
• Sales Support Managers are responsible for supporting the team and coordinating customer requests inside Crystal Group.

Crystal Group's talented team of engineers and technicians will design and develop computers, displays, storage elements, routers, switches, and transit case appliances for your exact needs.
 
We excel in the integration of seemingly disparate technologies into advanced technological systems. Our team of technical directors and systems engineers will specify, procure, inventory, integrate, test, deliver, install, support and upgrade integrated systems to meet your unique requirements.
 
Programs are managed in Microsoft Project and risk management techniques are employed to ensure optimal use of resources and decision making results.
 
 
Technical support
 
When you call our technical services team, you'll get a live person on the phone during our normal business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday.
 
Our on-call technicians are available for assistance before 8 a.m., after 5 p.m., over the weekend or on a holiday. These technicians are Crystal employees - the same people you talk to during the day.
 
Our team is made up of highly trained technicians with a variety of backgrounds, certifications and capabilities. Each team member is empowered to act quickly to any customer's need.
